Calum MacDonald is a Scottish footballer born on December 18, 1997, in Nottingham, England. He primarily plays as a left-back and stands at 1.80 meters tall. MacDonald started his professional career with Derby County in 2016 and was named the club's under-23 Player of the Year in the 2016-17 season. He also had loan spells at National League club Barrow.
MacDonald joined Tranmere Rovers and made 88 appearances for the club in League Two before leaving in the summer. He then signed a short-term contract with Stockport County until January. MacDonald has also played for Blackpool FC and is currently with Mansfield Town, having joined the club in July 2023 with his contract set to expire on June 30, 2024.
Throughout his career, MacDonald has shown versatility and experience in the lower leagues of English football, particularly in League Two.
